CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
AA, AAA, C & D Size (Automatic Quick Charge)
1.
Slide the battery type switch to the proper position for charging either
“Ni-MH” for NoMEM PRO or other Nickel Metal-Hydride batteries, or to
“Ni-Cd” to charge Nickel Cadmium batteries. Each battery position can only hold
1 battery at a time, do not stack 2 or more batteries in one position. Insert 1-4
batteries into the charger by pulling back the spring loaded chrome “-“ battery
contact, insert the batteries to be charged observing the polarity marked inside
the charger, and release the spring contact to allow it to make contact with the
battery.
Plug the charger’s cord into any typical household outlet. The indicator LED will
glow Red in each battery position where a battery is installed, showing charging
is taking place. After the proper charge time, the LED’s will turn off to indicate
that the charge is complete and batteries are ready for use. The charger will
switch to “trickle” mode to keep the batteries at full. Due to the extra high
capacity of NiMH D cells (5000mAh), two charge cycles are required to charge
fully from empty.
